A walk that changed everything
Rico decided to go for a walk with his dogs to the forest. The air was fresh, and the silence between the trees made everything seem calm and safe. Nothing indicated that this day would turn into one of the most unusual adventures in Toy Town.
On the way he met Dino and together they moved on, talking and observing the paths leading deeper and deeper into the forest. At one moment their attention was caught by a cave hidden between rocks. The entrance was dark and cold, and its appearance immediately aroused curiosity, but also slight anxiety.
— Have you seen it before? — Dino said.
— No… it looks a bit strange — Rico said.
Before they managed to think longer, one of the dogs ran inside. After a moment loud barking came from the cave, which bounced off the stone walls and returned as an echo, carrying deeper and deeper into the darkness. Rico and Dino looked at each other with anxiety, trying to understand what the dog had found there.
Danger comes out of the cave
After a few seconds the dog ran out of the cave safe and sound, but its behavior was clearly nervous. It stayed close to Rico’s legs and barked as if it wanted to warn everyone about something that remained inside. Then from the inside of the cave came a low, long sound resembling a threatening hissing.
— Did you hear that? — Rico said.
— Yes… something is there — Dino said.
At the same moment something moved in the shadow. At first slowly, almost unnoticeably, and then more and more clearly, until a huge, green snake began to emerge from the cave. Its body waved calmly on the ground, but the very sight caused great fear.
— This is a really big snake… — Dino said.
Rico stepped back and quickly looked around.
— We must hide — Rico said.
They both quickly hid behind the rocks together with the dogs. Fortunately, the snake did not notice them. It moved further ahead, as if it knew exactly where it was going, and that direction led straight towards the city.
Warning for the residents
Dino knew that there was no time to lose. He looked once more towards the snake and made a decision, because someone had to immediately warn others before the reptile reached the first streets of Toy Town.
— Stay here with the dogs. I will run to warn others — Dino said.
— Be careful — Rico said.
Dino ran through the forest as fast as he could. When he reached his house, he immediately turned on the laptop and started a live broadcast, knowing that every moment was important.
— ATTENTION! Snake in the city is heading towards Toy Town! Do not leave your homes! — Dino said.
His voice was clear and serious, and the message quickly spread throughout the whole city.
The city in tension and searches
In Toy Town agitation appeared immediately. Residents began to close doors and windows, and the streets quickly became empty. Everyone wondered where the snake in the city could be and whether it would appear at any moment.
Rescue services were put on alert. Firefighters, police officers and rescuers went through the streets, trying to find the threat before something bad happened.
— We check every street — the policeman said.
— It cannot go far — the firefighter said.
Despite intense actions no one was able to find it. Time passed, and tension grew with every minute. The helicopter patrolled the city from the air, but even from above there was no trace.
— I see nothing — the pilot said.
Mayor Teddy called Dino.
— Tell the residents not to leave their homes. Snake in the city still has not been found — Mayor Teddy said.
— I am doing it now — Dino said.
The action was moved again to the forest. All services returned to the area of the cave, where everything had started. Firefighters carefully searched the terrain, and one of them climbed higher to look around better, however he did not notice anything. Doctor Anna was looking at the entrance to the cave, analyzing the situation and trying to understand where such a huge reptile could disappear.
— It must be a very clever snake — Doctor Anna said.
Henry’s idea
On the farm farmer Henry watched Dino’s report and listened to everything very carefully. After a moment he remembered a story told by his grandfather — about a distant land and a man who could charm snakes.
Henry immediately knew what he had to do.
— We must find a portal and bring help — Henry said.
— Thunder will find the way — Rico said.
They both met on the farm and moved towards the forest. Thunder quickly caught the trail and led them straight to the cave.
World of dinosaurs
Inside the cave they found a portal pulsating with delicate light. They looked at each other only for a moment, and then without hesitation they entered it. On the other side they found themselves in a completely different world, where a wide meadow stretched, purple bushes grew, and among them dinosaurs moved.
— Where are we… — Rico said.
Before they managed to look around, a car drove up to them. Ranger got out of it.
— You must run away. T-Rex is heading this way — Ranger said.
Without wasting time, they got into the car and drove away.— We are looking for help — Henry said.
— You will not find it here. This is the world of dinosaurs — Ranger said.
— In that case we will find another portal — Rico said.
Snake Eye
After longer searches they found it and passed further. They reached a land with a lake and a camp of Indians. They approached carefully, until finally they met the inhabitants of this land.
— What are you doing here? — one of them said.
Henry calmly explained the whole situation. The Indians took them to the chief, who listened to the story and agreed to help.
— We will help you — the chief said.
After a moment he called Snake Eye — a man who could charm snakes.
Return and finding the snake
They returned to Toy Town and moved towards the city. Snake Eye began to play the flute and pointed the direction.
They stopped in front of Frank’s house.
— There! — Rico said.
The snake appeared and moved through the city, until it wrapped around a skyscraper.
— What do we do? — the firefighter said.
— I will bring it down — Snake Eye said.
He began to play. The snake slowly slid down from the building and entered the trailer. They moved towards the portal and after a moment the snake disappeared.
In Toy Town relief appeared. Residents began to leave their homes, and the city returned to normal.
— Thank you for your help. You saved Toy Town — Princess Diana said.
Snake Eye became a hero, and Dino the official reporter of the city.
